Well I'm testing out blogger for the first time - typically use Xanga. Definitely feels a lot different.
Hmm...anyways for all you out there in the blogosphere, I'm 26 and currently living in Bismarck, ND. I work at a local church, handling all of our marketing, advertising, graphic design and communications.
It's a lot of fun, especially working on all the projects I've got this summer...designing logos for our new upcoming young adult service, working on our new website design, designing commercials for the church and kid's ministries, working on posters for our youth ministry, planning for our upcoming "60 Days of Community" project this fall (again with logos, posters, commercials, dvd's, prize giveaways - including autographed goods from Tony Dungy, Kurt Warner and Rick Warren), yikes I'm starting to stress out by just typing out this list.
Other than that, I'm keeping busy by launching my photography business on the side. Love it. Just did a couple's engagement shots. If only I would have had an assistant to help hold up reflectors to block out some unecessary light. Oh well. The pics turned out great and most of all, the couple LOVES them. I used to work as a political photographer & speech/legislative writer in the ND State Legislature and in the United States Senate out in D.C. That was a total blast. But I found myself missing home and the fam.
So there you have it. First post. Hope it didn't bore you. Then again, I have zero blogging friends since the creation of this post, so I doubt anyone will read it anyways! Ha!
